Eric E. Kim
Eric Kim received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California Hastings College of the Law. Mr. Kim received his Bachelor of Arts degree in both Economics and Political Science from the University of California San Diego.
During law school, Mr. Kim was employed with Lee & Ko, the second largest law firm in South Korea. Mr. Kim also worked for Dean David Faigman of the University of California Hastings College of the Law as a research assistant. Mr. Kim has worked for several San Francisco boutique law firms focused on personal injury, immigration, and business litigation.
Before joining Cholakian & Associates, Mr. Kim was an attorney for a boutique housing law firm with offices in San Francisco and Oakland where he worked in the area of housing law, unlawful detainers and personal injury litigation throughout the Bay Area. Mr. Kim is admitted to practice law in California state courts and the U.S District Court, Northern District of California. He is a member of the Korean American Bar Association of Northern California, National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, and the San Francisco Defense Association. His areas of practice include catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, construction defect, and commercial litigation.
