Jeffrey P. Schwalbach
Jeff Schwalbach received his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was awarded the Dean’s Excellence Scholarship. Mr. Schwalbach earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from San Diego State University. He also minored in English Studies, was involved in the pre-law society, studied Constitutional law abroad at Oxford University, and was on the Dean’s List.
During law school, Mr. Schwalbach gained hands on experience at two district attorney’s offices where he made dozens of court appearances as a certified law clerk. Prior to joining Cholakian & Associates, Mr. Schwalbach worked at a Southern California boutique law firm focused on employment and business litigation. There, he engaged in all aspects of litigation including arguing motions and second-chairing trials.
Mr. Schwalbach is admitted to practice law in all California state courts and the U.S. District Courts of California. He is a member of the William Ingram Inns of Court which focuses on promoting the highest levels of professionalism in the practice of law. Mr. Schwalbach’s areas of practice include employment law, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, construction defect, real estate law and business litigation.
Mr. Schwalbach is an active volunteer in his local community, previously serving on the Board of Directors for Santa Clara County’s non-profit organization, Greater Opportunities. Greater Opportunities has the mission to empower persons with developmental disabilities to achieve greater self-sufficiency and lead richer lives. In his spare time, Mr. Schwalbach enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, reading historical nonfiction, cooking and deep sea fishing.
