SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Grace Koss’ legal experience includes the representation of individuals and entities in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and employment cases, commercial and contract disputes, and high-profile tort actions in all phases of civil litigation.  Her experience also includes the handling of pre-litigation claims and the enforcement of indemnity agreements and additional insured obligations in construction defect cases and in the representation of subcontractors, developers, and general contractors in complex civil cases involving large-scale construction projects of commercial buildings and residential developments.

Ms. Koss is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
