ROSEMARY A. COMISKY CULIVER 

Rosemary A. Comisky Culiver is a Senior Litigation Paralegal. She is highly experienced in trial and appellate work and has a background of working equally on defense as well as on plaintiff cases.

Prior to joining Cholakian & Associates in April 2021, Ms. Comisky Culiver had lengthy tenures with a small law firm in the Presidio as Senior Litigation Paralegal and Calendaring Administrator, with a national employment firm as a Legal Secretary and Workers’ Compensation Paralegal, and another smaller firm as Litigation Paralegal. Early in her career she also worked for an insurance defense firm and with the State of California. Ms. Comisky Culiver has prepared large and small cases for trials, mediations and arbitrations and is well versed in both state and federal courts. She also has experience in large wage and hour class actions.

Ms. Comisky Culiver attended City College of San Francisco with emphasis on Paralegal Studies. She holds a Paralegal certification.

Outside the office, Ms. Comisky Culiver enjoys cooking, photography, and long walks.

 

CHRISTINE S. MARTIN

Christine S. Martin is a Senior Litigation Paralegal.  She is experienced in case management and work up as well as preparing cases for trials.  She has worked on the defense side for most of her career although for the first three years she worked in a small plaintiff firm.

Prior to joining Cholakian & Associates, Ms. Martin had lengthy tenures with midsize law firms in San Francisco primarily in insurance defense work.

Ms. Martin attended Skyline College in San Bruno with an emphasis on Paralegal Studies.  She holds a Paralegal certification.

 

ROBERT A. TCHOBANIAN

Robert Tchobanian is a Litigation Paralegal. He has a history of working in insurance defense and taking cases up to trial.

Prior to joining Cholakian & Associates in May 2023, Mr. Tchobanian had worked in various administrative, calendaring, and paralegal roles with mid-size defense firms in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Outside from the office, Robert is quite the outdoorsman and avid surfer. He graduated from Pepperdine University in 2021 with a Bachelors in Political Science and Classics Studies.
